TRAINER BIO

Tanza had been a Personal Trainer with World Health Club for three and a half years. Within that time she led the Personal Training team at Revive Health Clubs for Women as Fitness Manager. January, 2008 she began training individuals and small groups in their homes and workplaces with her personal training business FLEX APPEAL.
 
Tanza strives to enhance the lifestyle of her clients. She recognizes that each one is an individual and that she must be able to adapt to their specific needs. Tanza enjoys the challenge of improving the lives of others through fitness and health. It is more important to her that the client experiences gains in strength, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and performance than in appearance although with Tanza’s training techniques, she is able to accomplish both. Her enthusiasm and passion for health and fitness motivates individuals to reach their desired goals.

Tanza’s Medical Exercise Specialist certification has allowed her to work with post rehab clients for the past three years, specializing in low back, shoulder, and knee injuries. She also trains clients with many different health conditions such as arthritis, hypertension, and hypothyroidism.

Tanza truly changes lives everyday.

Includes 1 month Fitness Centre membership to access the facility on your own time as well as the group sessions.
 
Drop In fee: Members $35/session / Non-Members $45
 

µ     Sessions provide effective fitness training which focuses on core, lower & upper body training, cardio, calisthenics, and circuit training.   

µ      Individuals will experience increased strength and endurance and reduced body fat. 

µ      Designed to accommodate all skill levels from beginner to very fit

µ       Indoor Training allows workouts to continue during the cold months
