WHCA Arena Rental Policy
· No times can be held and your request cannot be completed until payment is made.
· Payment is due immediately for bookings of less than 5 dates.
· Payment is due 14 days prior to first date for bookings of 5 or more dates.
· If we have not received payment after due date has lapsed, we will cancel your permit and renewal rights will be lost.

2011-2012 Pricing:

Youth Ice $180.00/hr + gst - Westwood and Calgary Minor Hockey

Adult Prime Time $220.00/hr + gst

Adult Non-Prime $110.00/hr +gst

Dry Floor $ 90.00/hr +gst (April – August)

Non Prime Hours: Open – 4pm Monday- Friday

Prime Hours: 4pm to Close Monday – Friday & Open to Close On Saturdays/Sundays)
