REFUND POLICY
West Hillhurst Community will refund fees under the following conditions:

The registrant is accepted into a AA or AAA
program

If the program registered for is cancelled

If the registrant moves out of the area or
city
-
If within 1 month the child decides he/she
does not want to participate in the registered program

Under certain conditions discussed with the
registrar and accepted by the Association
West Hillhurst Community will refund in one of two manners:

If paid by cash, cheque or debit, the
Association will refund by cheque
-
If paid by credit card the Association will
do a charge back to the credit card.
