REFUND POLICY 

West Hillhurst Community will refund fees under the following conditions: 

-         The registrant is accepted into a AA or AAA program

-         If the program registered for is cancelled

-         If the registrant moves out of the area or city

-         If within 1 month the child decides he/she does not want to participate in the registered program

-         Under certain conditions discussed with the registrar and accepted by the Association

West Hillhurst Community will refund in one of two manners:

-         If paid by cash, cheque or debit, the Association will refund by cheque

-         If paid by credit card the Association will do a charge back to the credit card.
