If you are interested in attending the AGM please register, as an active WHCA annual membership is a requirement for voting privileges and/or holding a Board position.
The proposed amendments have been prepared by the WHCA Board of Directors to ensure our governing documents remain current and reflect best practices in governance. Please review,they will be voted on by our membership at the 2025 AGM

We always need more volunteers and new board members! So if you’re interested, please let us know. There are many committee options; you’ll be sure to find something that peaks your interest. We are currently looking for individuals with a strong background in finance, law, fundraising and engineering. The Board meets every second Wednesday from Sept – June, we strongly encourage everyone to attend in person but there will be a Zoom option available.
