There has been NO change to our no alcohol policy. When you confirm your rental arrangement you are agreeing to the following.
- ALCOHOL: Due to strict AGLC regulations, no alcohol will be allowed in the dressing rooms, gymnasium, or any other part of the facility. Any groups found breaking this rule will automatically result in the cancellation of the permit as well as any subsequent booking. Any fees paid up to that time will also be forfeited.
- When you confirm your permit you have agreed to the zero tolerance alcohol policy, all rules/regulations and all rental terms and are aware of the consequences. WHCA reserves the right to adjust or cancel bookings if they deem it necessary.
Fines of $150/infraction will be automatically charged to groups. This is in addition to the possible cancellation of your permit forfeiting any paid time.
Spectators: WHCA will have no restriction on spectator capacity BUT all spectators should be seated in the spectator seating areas (arena stands, gym stage, or inside studio spaces). Please keep facility hallways and lobby areas clear at all times.
We appreciate your continued patience, WHCA is working diligently to meet any new restrictions and requirements set out before us.
Facility Schedules
Prices effective Sept 1, 2023 will increase by 5% due to inflation.
Prime time: 4pm to midnight Monday-Friday, all day Saturday/Sunday. Youth pricing: Available when >70% of the booking/group is under 17 years of age.
No times can be held and your request cannot be completed until payment is made. Payment is due immediately for one off bookings, on going monthly payments for longer permits payment is due at the 1st of the month.
WHCA will be closed on the following dates:
Jan 1, Feb 19, March 29, May 20, July 1, Aug 5, Sept 2, Oct 14, Nov 11, Dec 25, 26, 2024. Condensed hours on some of the long weekends.

Youth Non-Prime Time – $100.00/Hour

Discounted rates for WHCA families Monday-Friday 8am-4pm $53/hour (Max 2 families, No teams/group bookings/coaching/instructors at the discounted rate). Must have a valid annual WHCA membership for the discounted rate.
WHCA Member benefits (with annual WHCA family membership):
Member Skate – Wednesdays – 1:30pm-2:30pm. Registration opens one week prior to the skate.
Member Sticks and Pucks – Wednesdays – 2:30pm-3:30pm. Registration opens one week prior to the skate.
