    Ian’s own injury rehab and athletics journey uncovered the changes that are often needed in the building blocks of movement, to improve people's health and performance. With this Ian helps others by screening movement and lifestyle for injury risk factors and limitations that are hindering their improvement. From there, whether an individual or group; Ian personalizes clients programs designed to remove limitations so that a strong foundation can be built for reaching your goals.

    With over a decade of experience, and working with everyone from teens to octogenarians in levels of everyday life to elite sport; Ian offers 1-1 & small group training to best fit your needs!
